Any return must be reported in advance to the Nidayah service, via the contact us tab  or by email: contact@nidayah.com:

• Indicate your order reference by e-mail when making contact.

• Any promotional item is neither returned nor exchanged.

• Return costs are not covered. 

• Items must be returned in their original packaging. 

• Products must be returned to us  as soon as possible and no later than 7 days from the date of  delivery  of the item (s).

• The item (s) must not have been worn or damaged

• Any return no  reported  beforehand will be automatically  refuse

.

If you want to exchange an item, you will be  reimbursed in the form of a credit note in order to make a new purchase.  

Any return not respecting these conditions will be refused.
